Support Junior Golf

The Somerset Golf Union is seeking expressions of interest for the position of Junior Development Manager. This important role is central to the continued development and success of our younger junior players, providing leadership, guidance, and support to the talented individuals who represent Somerset at under 12’s

Applicants should possess a passion for golf, strong organisational skills, and a commitment to the highest standards of sportsmanship and junior development.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Attending Junior Assessment Day(s)
• Overseeing the selection and management of the Under 12 team
• Coordinating coaching sessions and match fixtures
• Providing mentorship, encouragement, and support to all team members
• Liaising with coaches, players, parents, and the wider golfing community
• Leasing with the Under secret14 manager Dave Josham
