The Junior Team Event is open to all affiliated clubs in Somerset, boys and or Girls or a combination of boys and girls.

Due to the excellect entry in 2024 we have decided to re-visit Saltford GC in 2025 to host the Junior Team Championship

The current National Junior Team Champions are Saltford GC

• A Team Stableford Event, 3 Players, max index on entry 36.0 (All scores to count)
• Max playing handicap on the day 36.0
• Must be aged 17 or under on 1st January 2025
• The SGU offer a healthy contribution towards the cost of travel/accommodation to the winning club who go forward to represent Club & County.
• This is a fantastic opportunity for our young golfers to play a world class course in an official EG event.
• Trust me when I say, previous clubs who have been fortunate and played in the National Finals have thoroughly enjoyed the experience!
• Please encourage your Junior Managers to enter a team this year, more than 1 team if possible and compete for this massive opportunity in Junior Golf
• The winning team will be invited to represent club and county at the EG Junior Champion Club Finals. More information to follow.
• Clubs are invited to enter more than one Team.
• Please note: all Somerset competitors must be entered into the Saltford Junior Open, there is no extra entrance fee for your team(s) entry)
