Reserve List Procedure:

The reserve list is drawn based on the players' exact index at the time the main draw was published. The order of the reserve list will remain fixed and will not change, even if there are updates to the index.

The Championship allocates 12 spaces for female entries. If a female player withdraws, the slot will be filled by Sofia Benitez, the only female reserve.

Reserve Slot Allocation:

When a slot becomes available, we will contact the first player on the reserve list to confirm their availability.

The contacted player on the list must respond as soon as possible, or within a short time frame. If no response is received in a timely manner, the slot will be offered to the next reserve, and so on.

If the Championship is only a few days away, priority may be given to reserves who are located closer to the venue due to limited accommodation availability.

Refund Policy:

If you do not make the starting list, you will receive a refund.

If you withdraw before the event starts and a reserve fills your spot, you will be refunded.

If no reserve is available to take your place, no refund will be issued.
